SIN CS

what do you guys think about the CS standard in SG? do you think it's top notch? or is there further room for improvement?

i wrote in to Singtel to feedback on the lag of receiving my SMS recently. sometimes few hours late.

they wrote back telling me the below:

I edited the name so that it doesn't reflect bad on that person.

but wth! it still does says alot of the CS of SG!
